Delivery
Please ensure that you have opted for the item, and provided the right address before making payment. TÀGA & Co is unable to amend and/or combine orders once they are confirmed.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.
Shipping (Australia)
For deliveries within Australia with an order value below AUD100, our charge is AUD8.95 flat rate. For purchases of AUD100 and above, FREE delivery applies. Customers have the option to self-collect at our warehouse.
Shipping (Singapore)
For deliveries within Singapore with value of below SGD50, our charge is SGD3.95 flat rate. For purchases of AUD50 and above, FREE delivery applies. Customers have the option to self-collect at our warehouse.
Prices
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Normal delivery dispatch to local addresses will usually arrive within 2 working days but may take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Returns & Exchange
If you received a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@eversundays.com (with a photo of the defective item attached) and return the item to us within 7 days for exchange. You are required get an emailed agreement from us to entitle you to an exchange. We will not accept otherwise. Returned items must be in its original condition, unused. For wrongly ordered items, a redelivery charge is applicable.
All returns have to be mailed back to us using registered post. You are required to provide us the tracking number.
